This photograph reflects Jaques-Henri Lartigue through the way my subjects were capture mid-jump. Both models (Will on the left and Erika on the right) look as though they are living in the moment. This reflects the way Jaques-Henri Lartigue captured his subjects in the moment.My photographs include multiple subjects with different types of jumps. I asked Will what he was thinking at the time of the jump and he replied that he wasn't thinking anything, just the of feeling exhilaration. Contrarily, Erica was thinking of hitting the ground. In their faces you can almost discern these differences.
